Emergencies –

If you are worried about your pet at any time please ring any of the numbers above which will all be routed to our Veterinary Hospital at Nailsea when there is no one at the branches.

If your pet needs to be seen out of hours please be ready to bring them to our Nailsea Hospital where we have all the facilities and resource to give them the best treatment possible. As we hope you will appreciate there is very little we can do for you at home and in most cases the time we can take travelling to you just delays the start of treatment.

24 Hour Care and Emergency Service

Often you can not choose when your pet needs to see the vet, or when you need that extra bit of help or advice – that’s why, in addition to offering consultation appointments seven days a week, we also have staff on duty 24 hours a day. No answer phones, no referral services, no trips into Bristol, no hastily arranged nurse visits to hospitalised animals – our staff are on site 24 hours a day maintaining the continuity of care for our clients and their pets.
