Emergencies –

If you are worried about your pet at any time please ring any of the numbers above which will all be routed to our Veterinary Hospital at Nailsea when there is no one at the branches.

If your pet needs to be seen out of hours please be ready to bring them to our Nailsea Hospital where we have all the facilities and resource to give them the best treatment possible. As we hope you will appreciate there is very little we can do for you at home and in most cases the time we can take travelling to you just delays the start of treatment.

Advanced Orthopaedic and surgical techniques

We have two modern fully equipped theatres that are dedicated to the maintenance of a very high level of sterility allowing us to perform advanced surgical techniques not normally appropriate in general practice. Extensive monitoring equipment coupled with the safest of human grade anaesthetic gas means that operations, even on older animals, are routinely carried out with quicker recovery times and reductions in post operative discomfort. We continue to develop and adopt new surgical techniques as they present themselves which includes the introduction of ‘keyhole’ surgery.
