If you are worried about your pet at any time please ring any of the numbers above which will all be routed to our Veterinary Hospital at Nailsea when there is no one at the branches.

If your pet needs to be seen out of hours please be ready to bring them to our Nailsea Hospital where we have all the facilities and resource to give them the best treatment possible. As we hope you will appreciate there is very little we can do for you at home and in most cases the time we can take travelling to you just delays the start of treatment.

A tour, organised by the British Veterinary Hospital Association, to showcase places of excellence and innovation in the veterinary world to practice owners hoping to develop their own facilities has included a visit to Golden Valley Vets hospital in Nailsea as part of their itinerary. The innovative use of glass in our operating theatres and the use of pendants to provide power and anaesthetic gasses to the operating table are believed to be unique within the veterinary profession so we will be ‘on parade’ in June!
